Yes. Many students join because they are quiet or hesitant to speak in front of others. Our supportive small-group environment helps children gradually build confidence, participate more comfortably, and develop their voice.

We do collect Primary School students at 3.00pm or 3.15pm. Please ensure we have your child's homeroom.

Our casses are designed for students from Year 1 to Year 13, with groups organised by age to ensure lessons are engaging, appropriate, and supportive for each stage.

Classes are taught in small groups of 3-6 students to ensure each child receives individual attention.

A minimum of 3 students is required for a class to run. We also offer private and shared classes.

No experience is required. Many students join to build confidence, develop speaking skills, and learn how to express their ideas clearly.

At Ten Feet Tall, Speech & Drama is about much more than acting.

Our programme combines Speech & Drama, Public Speaking, and Debate to help students become confident communicators, creative thinkers, and capable leaders. Students learn how to express ideas clearly, present confidently, think critically, and communicate effectively with others.

Unlike many large-group drama programmes, our classes are intentionally kept small so every student has opportunities to speak, perform, receive coaching, and develop their skills in every lesson.

Our educational approach is reflected in our results. Students regularly achieve outstanding outcomes in examinations, competitions, and scholarship programmes, with more than 80% of examination candidates achieving Distinction-level results.

Whether a child is finding their voice or developing existing strengths, our focus is helping every student build communication skills that support success at school and beyond.

Yes. We offer a 10% sibling discount for families with more than one child enrolled in our classes.

We also have a Refer a Friend programme. When a new family enrols and lists your name as the referrer, you receive a $30 credit toward future Ten Feet Tall classes or events.

From time to time we may also offer special opening or early registration offers when launching classes at new locations.

Students do not need to bring anything special. Occasionally they may bring a speech they are working on for school, but most learning takes place through guided activities, speaking exercises, and performance work during the class.

Simply choose a class from the timetable above and complete the registration through our online booking system.

Over the last 8 years we have seen our students do consistently well in school speaking and performing events. Students learn the skills to speak and perform with confidence in all areas of school life.

Yes we offer make-up classes until week 8 where we have space in our timetable.
