Why Speech and Drama?
Speaking to an audience, no matter the size, is a part of modern life -school, university, employment. Great communication and public speaking skills are vital to career success. When students develop these skills from an early age, they are developing important skills, that last a lifetime. We offer small group, individualised learning programmes. It does not matter if your student is shy, confident, drama mad or somewhere in between -our fun classes focus on the individual. Our teachers are warm, friendly and take a strength based approach to coaching. All students work towards an end of year assessment [optional] and they are so pleased when they receive their badge and certificate.
Skills not taught at School
Junior and Middle School is an important time to start developing Public Speaking skills – our programme includes these important skills that are often not taught at school: speaking extempore on any topic, developing visuals and slides for presentations, interview skills, a welcome and thank you speech, impromptu speaking. We also offer pair and private classes for students who want smaller group options.
Our classes are located at the Old School Building in Greenhithe: 15A Greenhithe Road, Greenhithe.
