Learning to Lead Programme

Join our three-day Learning to Lead programme and give your child a practical introduction to leadership.

Students complete their own Kids DISC Profile and take part in leadership challenges, communication activities, and teamwork exercises designed to build confidence and self-awareness.

The Kids DISC Profile is a powerful tool designed to help children understand themselves and build stronger connections with their parents, teachers, and coaches. By exploring behavioural preferences through a fun and engaging framework, kids discover their unique "bird style"—their personal superpower!

This unique report is divided into three key sections:

Discovering Your DISC Style and Bird Personality
Kids uncover which bird represents their behavioural style—Daring Eagles, Inspiring Parrots, Supportive Doves, or Careful Owls. This self-awareness builds confidence and helps children celebrate their individuality.

Insights for Parents
Parents gain practical, personalised strategies to understand their child’s motivations, strengths, and challenges. Learn what makes your child tick and how to help them thrive at home, in school, and beyond.

Guidance for Teachers and Coaches
Educators and mentors receive actionable tips to adapt their teaching or coaching methods to align with each child’s unique style. How does kids disc coaching work?

1. Answer Questions: Your child completes a fun, age appropriate online questionniare designed to uncover their natural preferences and strengths.

2. Coaching session: Learn about the DISC styles (Eagle, Parrot, Dove, Owel). Explore the traits, strengths and challenges of their unique style. Participate in reflective exercises to connect with their DISC style. Parents are encouraged to attend the coaching session. This profile can be shared with teachers and coaches.

KIDS DISC - Arrange a coAChing Workshop

Invest in your child’s future by gaining valuable insights into their personality and communication style through the Kids DISC Profile at Ten Feet Tall. Empower them to thrive academically, socially, and personally.

1. Scroll to the bottom and fill out the form to schedule your child’s Kids DISC Profile assessment and begin their journey toward self-discovery and growth.

2. From the 13th January we will be sending out booking links and questionniares so that you can get booked in and the quesitonnaire completed.

3. Coaching sessions are 60 minutes long and can be face to face or online. Sarah, Tracy and Melodie will be taking the coaching sessions.
