Writing Workshops, Small Group
Writing is an important skill for many areas of life. Ten Feet Tall has qualified teachers who are ready to support students in their writing development.
This holidays we are working on creative writing skills.
Students submit a sample of writing for our teachers which we mark and identify areas for development.
Students are placed in groups and our teachers work on important skills relevant to the group.
Students are given homework and teachers mark this.
We also offer private and shared 30 minute writing classes.
Scheduled sessions:

Dates: 18th April - 6th May

Students: Year 1-3; Year 4-6; Year 7-8
Programme Fee: $40 per session reduced to $35 [$20 off the full price; if you book 4 classes -use $20OFF].
Teachers:
Year 1-3 students are with Tracy on selected dates from 3-4pm
Year 4-6 students are with Mandy on selected dates from 3-4pm
ESL Writing students are with Laressa on selected dates from 10-11am
Teachers can also take students privately.
Ratio: Teacher Ratio is 1:4. Ten Feet Tall holiday programmes are quality educational opportunities for students.
Learning skills:
A programme will be created to teach creative writing skills based on the writing skills of the group.
Our programme is bespoke and will be designed to meet the learning needs and interests of the specific students in the class.
Private Writing Workshop
We have private class space daily with our teachers for families who would like intense 1:1 support.
Students submit a piece of writing and we assess this creating an individual tailored coaching programme with specific learning outcomes.
Students are also offered homework for each class.
