Payment, Refunds, Charges
- Holiday Programme bookings can be canceled up to 48 hours prior to the programme. Please email admin@tenfeettall.co.nz
- Ten Feet Tall will refund the total cost of the holiday programme minus our $25 cancellation fee per student. Refunds will be processed online through Stripe.
- Holiday Programme bookings within 48 hours of the programme running are non-refundable unless there are circumstances beyond your control. In this case we offer a credit to be taken within the calendar year.
- Holiday Programme non attendance for any reason is non-refundable unless your child has a medical certificate for which we offer a credit to be taken within the calendar year.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late to collect your child you will be charged $15 per 15 minutes late.
Health and Safety
- Ten Feet Tall takes all practicable steps to ensure the safety of its students and teacher and to provide a safe learning environment.
- Ten Feet Tall is not liable for personal injuries sustained or any loss or damage of personal property.
- It is the parent's responsibility to notify the teacher of an injury/ medical condition/s prior to the class.
- Ten Feet Tall teachers are not responsible for supervision of students outside their holiday programme time.
- If a student is to be collected by a specific person or there is a custody arrangement that prohibits pick up Ten Feet Tall must be informed prior to the programme starting.
Photography, Filming, Information Sharing
- By enrolling your child in a holiday class, you give your consent for photos or videos to be taken of your child.
- Photos/video may be shared in private class groups for parents.
- Photos and video may be used by Ten Feet Tall promotional and publicity purposes and on social media. Ten Feet Tall will seek parent permission prior.
Contact Details
- It is the responsibility of the student’s parent, caregiver or guardian to ensure that Ten Feet Tall has current contact details for the student in our care. Please ensure the contact details are correct, kept up to date and include: full name, phone number and email, and who can collect your child.. These details will only be held by Ten Feet Tall and will not be passed on to any third parties other than Ten Feet Tall teachers or staff, or as required by legislation.
Privacy Policy
- Ten Feet Tall collects personal information about students (and parents/caregivers of students under 18 years old) when you enroll for our classes.
- All information is held at our office – 26 Te Wharau Drive, Greenhithe, Auckland. Under the Privacy Act 1993 you are entitled to have access to and request correction of this information.
Ten Feet Tall Terms and Conditions can change at any time. Any changes will be communicated to parents prior to the programme starting
