We understand how hard it is for families to be at home all holidays with very few options to have fun. Our competitions for students Year 1-6 are designed to build on the learning our Junior School students did in Term 1, as well as inspiring creativity and fun. Siblings are welcome to work together. Parents can be involved in rehearsals or videoing the final performances, as long as it is all students work on the camera. We hope the competitions will give parents a moment to relax.
Our ‘Design a Costume’ and ‘Perform Anything’ Competitions are free to enter for all our current and waitlisted students. Please read the attached information below, ensure you click on the link to enter the competition and upload pictures/video. If you have any questions please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Our ‘Character Performance’ and ‘Perform a Mime’ competitions include an online lesson to ensure that students understand how to plan and rehearse for their performance.
Due to COVID-19 it is not appropriate to send students a prize. Instead, we will inform our winners by email, and highlight their success in our Term 2 newsletter. When we are all back at school we will have certificates for the top 6 students in each competition and a $30 voucher for each competition winner.
Information about each of the competitions is linked below. Please ensure you enter the competition using the google form in each of the links below.

To ensure our students feel supported preparing for the competition we are starting with an online, 30 minute class, to help student understand how to plan and prepare for the rehearsal process. Parents are welcome to join and listen. Character Performance classes will be held Tuesday 14th April in the afternoon. Perform a Mime classes will be held Thursday 16th April in the afternoon. The class and competition is $28 to enter. Register for the competition and book here.
